However the good experience can be short lived if you commit unavoidable silly mistakes in the game. There are few common Poker mistakes or mess-ups which can land you in a soup. So it is better to rectify these Poker mistakes well in advance, so that no further mess-up in a tournament reoccurs.

Be careful of playing too many cards. This would be always unfair, if you expect good cards all the time. You simply have to wait patiently for the right cards. Generally players don’t want to wait around and try to force some results by playing less than optimal cards. This turns indeed suicidal for poker game.

Going to showdown with only a top player is probably the most common of Poker mistakes. Playing the showdown with just a top player might just win might help you win once or twice, but this will gradually lead you to loosing end.

It is always bad to reveal the strength of your hand. A player should be betting silly. A player should call that time when he/she has something good. Some players often make this common mistake as they don’t know or realize that they have something that is pretty good. 

Finally, the absence of proper planning and not sticking to plan work can turn out to be suicidal in Poker game and can land a player in soup. So, its good to have a fair, well structured plan which should be followed thoroughly.
